THE BEGINNING

In 1880 Anthony Santora’s great grandfather Antonio Santora migrated to America from Naples Italy, bringing with him family traditions and recipes. One of his favorites traditions was gathering the family for dinner to enjoy his one of a kind pizza sauce. In 2009 Anthony opened his first restaurant using his grandfathers traditional recipes and signature sauce.
Pilar Santora’s family came to Mexico in 1799.
In Jalisco, Mexico, her family opened their first restaurant—before 1900.
In 1983 Pilar’s family immigrated to the U.S. Valentina, Pilar’s mother, opened a Mexican Restaurant immediately. Pilar grew-up cooking with her mother in Valentina’s Mexican restaurant.

Santoras Mexican & Italian Kitchen is family owned and operated. All of our menu items are made from scratch each day using recipes that have been passed down from generations. The same effort goes into preparing our Mexican items and Italian Items.
Stop in for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Or stop by for all three meals and leave the cooking to Anthony and Valintina.
